Principal Consultant. March 1997 to Present
Client – CNL Bank; Orlando, FL; August 2000 to September 2000.
Performed business process improvement and strategic consulting for the CNL Franchise Network division. This project focused on improving business processes in preparation of developing a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and a Data Warehouse.

Client - Buyerzone.com; Cambridge, MA.; June 2000 to August 2000.
Buyerzone.com is an Internet based business-to-business company and is the leading provider of purchasing tools and advice for small to mid-sized businesses.

Project Technical Lead during implementation of the Broadbase EPM product with Buyerzone.com.
Provided Buyerzone with an enterprise-wide decision support system that allowed OLAP analysis of Web Traffic, eCommerce, eMarketing, and Customized reports. Designed and developed an integrated data solution to provide critical business information for analytic reporting purpose. The presentation tool used on this project was Brio Insight with report processing provided by Brio Enterprise Server Administrator 6.0. The source of the business data included the operational data stored in an Oracle 8i database and the web log files produced daily from seven web servers. Designed an Oracle reporting Data Mart that was sourced by the Broadbase EPM product to satisfy the reporting requirements. Also provided project management skills, business analysis, mentoring, and joint application development skills during this project.

Client - Sunterra Resorts Corporation; Orlando, Fl.; October 1999 to May 2000.
Sunterra Resorts Corporation is a Vacation Management company which uses Oracle products to develop and maintain its wide-spread on-line transaction processing system. Sunterra is currently upgrading from Oracle Forms 4.5 to Oracle Forms 6.0 and deploying on the Web.

Responsibilities include:
* Performing as a Project Technical Lead while designing and developing a Credit Card Interface for Sunterra. This project includes evaluation of technical options, designing a data model, coordinating with the merchant services vendor, producing analysis documentation, programming in Oracle Forms, Oracle PL/SQL packages, C shared external libraries, and sockets inter-process communications.
* Developed C++ modules to take advantage of Forms 6.0 Open API in order to perform mass-updates to Forms. This process saved Sunterra dozens of hours of development time in preparation for Web deployment.
*Provided Performance and Tuning skills for existing Oracle 8 database.


Client - Burger King Corporation World Headquarters; Miami, Fl.; May 1998 to September 1999.
Burger King is using Oracle 8 as the foundation for managing its large-scale Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and OLAP tools.

* Team member responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Burger King Information Warehouse (IW).
* Developed interfaces to other systems including SQL\Server 7, OSA and OFA.
* Migrated the IW from an NT4.0 platform to an HP/UX environment.
* Areas of expertise included business analysis, extracts, archiving, ad-hoc requests and prototype projects.

Client - Applied Benefit Research (ABR); Palm Harbor, Fl.; April 1997 to May 1998.
ABR is a Benefits Administration organization using Oracle Developer 2000 and Oracle DBMS.

* Responsible as Coordinator for the Change Process Functional Group at ABR including management and coordination of a team of seven Oracle Developers and Analysts.
* Demonstrated skills in project management, system analysis, business analysis, and technical analysis. Performed maintenance and development programming while compiling knowledge of the systems at ABR.
* Areas of expertise included File Transfer, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) stored procedures, and ad-hoc scripts for reporting purposes.

Also, involved as a trainer with ROMAC training courses for new ABR Oracle application developers. Specializing in teaching Advanced PL/SQL.


Lockheed Martin Enterprise Information Systems. Orlando, FL.
Senior Systems Integration Analyst; 1990 to 1997

* New development and implementation of a manufacturing system using PowerBuilder and Sybase.
* Involved in the conversion from the IBM Mainframe to PowerBuiler/Sybase technology.
* Designed, coded and implemented a cross-platform, client/server management decision support system for use in Concurrent Engineering Management (CEM). This system was built using Neuron Data's Client/Server Elements, MS Visual C++, C, Oracle DBMS, and is in production on HP/UX, SUN Solaris and Windows platforms.
* Served as lead in several areas of development such as Database access objects, graphics and dynamic report building. This task included working with customer and users to develop new system requirements, then exploring new technologies to find solutions.
* Helped develop and maintain a similar, mainframe system involving IBM's Applications System (AS), DB2, IMS and TSO.
* Also, developed, coded and maintained a manufacturing system used for the creation, maintenance and control of Manufacturing Process Plans (MPPs). Performed Lead functions for project to replicate this system in a CICS environment using a code generation tool (APS). This system was originally implemented in a DB2/SQL environment with TSO as a front-end and ISPF Dialog Manager as a transaction driver.
